Are you in the process of losing weight and it is not going anywhere?

if this you , you are not alone . There so many people out there that have tried every method, strategy, diets to lose weight and yet the weight is not budging.  The human body is very complex, we are all different  and unique. However here is a quick , simple method you can do to jumpstart your weight loss journey again. You have to detoxify.

One of the simplest method that you can do right away is the hot water method. The hot water method works by increasing your body and core temperature. This in turn makes your body sweat  all the toxins and inflammation out . This method also helps to increase your metabolism . Higher metabolism means more energy being burn .
Lastly this method helps to get rid off of all the toxins, inflammation and plaque that could be preventing fat from being burn as fuel . 
here is how to do it .

step 1: stick your tongue out  and write down the color of your tongue 

step 2: Fill up a thermo with hot water. You can add ginger or lemon to the water . Drink it every 30 minutes for 4 days.  It does not matter the amount , what matters the most is the consistency.

3. Track the color your tongue every time you drink the hot water 

if your tongue starts to turn brown or grey or  white , it means that you have a lot of toxins and inflammation in your body . By doing this , you are helping your body to get rid off the toxins and inflammation. Once the body is finished cleansing, it can start to operate more effectively and be able to finally burn off more calories, more body fat . That means you body weight will finally start to go down .
